About Company

Company History

Company was first established under the name S.P.Wires in the year 1992 where in the initials ‘S’ & ‘P’ stands for ‘Subhash’ & ‘Pawan’,respectively. Who amongst the three founders of the company, namely Mr. Jaibhagwan Garg, Mr. Subhash Bahl and Mr. Pawan Garg.

Company then registered as a Private limited Company under the name S. P. Metaltech (I) Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2008 with two Directors Mr. Pawan Kr Garg & Mrs. Kavita Garg.

In Year 2022, Due to demerger of company S. P. Metaltech (I) Pvt. Ltd. its wire shelf manufacturing plant was transferred to its child company TSKK Refcom Pvt Ltd Private limited with two Directors named as Mr. Tushar Garg & Mrs Saloni Garg.

Company has started its business with capital investment of just Rs. 01Lakhs. However, company has a separate Condenser Plant that has the manufacturing capacity of around 1 Lakh Pieces per Month & a separate wire shelve manufacturing plant that has the capacity of producing 5lakh pieces per month. Along the way, company has undertaken manychanges to cope up with the uncertainties of business.

A Message from MD
